Frequently asked questions
How big is the globe back panel?
The panel is 254 cm wide and 242 cm tall: a 254 cm circle cut off at the bottom. It is zipped in and attached to the dome, inside the globe.
Where should the logo go?
In the top half. Guests stand in front of the panel and cover the bottom part. Turn on "Guests to scale" to check.
What format should my logo be in?
For a 2.5 m panel, SVG, PDF or AI is best. Here you can upload SVG or a large PNG to preview it; if you only have PDF or AI, send it by replying to our email.
Can I use my own background image?
Yes. Upload it in the Background tab: it covers the whole panel and anything outside the circle is cropped. For a sharp print, it should be 3000 px wide or more.
What do you receive?
The panel as a shaped PNG, the sample, the 3D view if you opened it and your original files. With that we prepare the print file and send you a proof before printing.
