Corporate team building event in Valencia
The main goal of this corporate event in Valencia was to encourage teamwork, motivation and active participation among employees. To do that, we designed an experience built around team competition, combining fairground games, hosting and live shows.
The setting was key: circus tents, decorative lighting, music and themed characters created a one-off environment that turned the event into an unforgettable experience.
Circus-themed team building activities
The event featured a wide range of team building activities for companies, designed to be lively, fun and open to every profile:
Target games such as Ring Toss
Skill challenges such as Frog Hop
Fairground-style classics such as Tin Can Alley
Interactive activities such as Crazy Color Ball
Attractions such as the High Striker
These team building formats let teams collect points or stamps at each challenge, encouraging healthy competition and collaboration.
Competition format and team motivation
Participants were split into groups and competed against each other around the different stations. The goal was clear: score as many points as possible by beating the team building challenges.
This competitive team building format is ideal for companies looking to strengthen cohesion, improve internal communication and increase how involved their teams feel.
The event closed with a prize-giving for the winning team, adding a key motivational element to the experience.
Shows and hosting for corporate events
Alongside the activities, the event included corporate entertainment shows such as fire performances, hosts, stilt walkers and themed characters.
This kind of hosting for company events lifts the experience and turns team building into a memorable event, combining fun and engagement.
