A Las Vegas themed event aims to recreate the luxurious, vibrant and exciting atmosphere of the famous entertainment city. This involves decorations that remind you of the iconic elements of Sin City, such as neon lights, famous casino signs and details inspired by its great architecture.

The casino games are a fundamental part of the event, with tables of blackjack, roulette, poker and dice, where guests can enjoy the thrill of betting and winning. In addition, the energetic music, sophisticated cocktails and delicious food complement the experience, providing a festive and fun atmosphere.

Likewise, live entertainment shows are included, such as magic performances, celebrity impersonators and professional dancers, to make the experience even more authentic and exciting.

In short, our Las Vegas themed event gives participants the chance to immerse themselves in the extravagance and glamour of this unique city.

Invitations:

This invitation is very original and will surprise everyone who receives it, since for the event fake money will be needed to exchange for chips to play the games of chance.

The invitation is fake money, fully customized for the event, and it will allow the guests to play all the games of chance such as French roulette, poker tables, Blackjack tables, among others.

The purpose of these fake banknotes is for the guests to have a souvenir of that themed night, and at the end a winner is chosen.

Welcoming the guests:

The entrance will have a large and highly emblematic "Las Vegas" sign, accompanied by a red carpet, feathers and an Eiffel Tower made of LED lights. Two showgirls will be waiting to welcome the guests so that they step into the fun atmosphere.

At the entrance, guests can also start taking souvenir photos as if they were in an atmosphere full of fame, awaiting their arrival in pure "Red Carpet" style.

Catering:

This section offers a wide choice of different snacks, cheese board, cold cuts, vegetables, mini burgers, chocolate fountains, desserts such as cupcakes, cookies, macarons, brownies, donuts, churros, among others.

Drinks bar:

The drinks we offer are usually sophisticated and exciting. Some popular options could include classic cocktails such as the Martini, the Manhattan or the Old Fashioned, which reflect the glamour of the city. Also more modern and eye-catching drinks, such as cocktails with sparkle or shimmer, like the Cosmopolitan or the strawberry Mojito with edible glitter. We also have premium spirits, champagne and fine wines to satisfy the tastes of all the guests. And, of course, a selection of refreshing non-alcoholic drinks is a must for those who prefer to abstain.

Dress Code:

For this theme, think of an outfit that is elegant and eye-catching. For women, a fitted cocktail dress or a top and skirt set with sparkles or sequin details would be ideal. Men can wear well-cut suits in dark colors or even a blazer with dress trousers and an elegant shirt. Make sure to complement your look with elegant accessories, such as sparkling jewelry and high heels for her, and eye-catching ties for him. And don't forget your party attitude to complete the outfit!

The event decoration will be dominated by bright neon lights, glamour, casino elements, sequined fabrics, vivid colors and a touch of extravagance, where the iconic Las Vegas signs cannot be missing.

Entrance:

We know that the entrance is a very important element for any event, since guests have to get into the atmosphere right from the start, so a luminous arch with bright neon lights will light up the place with the characteristic "Welcome To Las Vegas" sign. A red carpet will be laid out to welcome guests with style and glamour, adding metal barriers or golden posts with ropes to outline the carpet and create an exclusive feel. Two hostesses and an Elvis Presley will be waiting for the guests.

Tables or Lounge Area:

There are two ways of giving guests a place to sit: setting up tables and chairs or lounge areas where they can socialize, although combining both is also an option

Each table will have a red tablecloth, with tall centerpieces full of feathers and candles around them. Each one will be numbered for better placement of the guests. Plates, cutlery and glasses will be properly set at each place.

Lounge areas are a great way to provide guests with a comfortable and elegant space to relax and socialize, with elegant furniture and side tables next to the sofas so that guests can rest their drinks and appetizers.

Stage:

The stage will be decorated with red curtains with lights around them, where Elvis Presley and the dancers will perform their show.

Casino Tables:

To get the feeling of placing bets, the casino tables are the main attraction of the event. Guests place bets with banknotes customized for the event.

At each casino table there is a themed croupier.

Usually the moment to start playing the casino tables at the event is after dinner and the host's speech. And, once the event or party is over, the prizes of the night are awarded, where normally a top 5 is made of the people who have obtained the highest number of banknotes.

Living Table:

The living or human table can be surrounded by desserts, drinks or whatever the client prefers, and we will make it happen. The hostess inside will wear a Las Vegas style costume and will serve the food or drink the guest wants.

Photocall:

Capturing the glamour and excitement of the city is a great attraction for the event, so that guests can have a souvenir of the day they traveled to Las Vegas. 

It will be decorated with "Viva Las Vegas" signs, neon lights, giant playing cards, dice, poker chips and playing cards simulating a casino atmosphere, accompanied by themed accessories such as hats, feather boas and playing cards.

Champagne Dress:

Having a person inside a champagne dress to serve drinks to your guests, so that they don't have to go to the bar for one, will add shine to the party.

Living Red Carpet:

The performance consists of an artist or hostess inside the dress, which in turn forms part of a 10-meter carpet (adaptable according to the event).

Circus show:

To leave your guests open-mouthed, a show with acrobats, contortionists and much more is what you need.

The staff that may be needed for the Prohibition-era event, not counting the various shows, live music and other entertainment, are:
