Welcoming the Guests

To give an exclusive first visual impact, a good idea is to offer an original welcome with the Living Red Carpet, which consists of a girl dressed in red on a podium whose dress forms part of a 10-metre carpet. Guests start to walk along it until they reach the girl, who hands each guest a glass of champagne. For this it is important to place a waiter with cava next to the girl, as she cannot move from the podium.

Another welcome idea is to set up a casino-themed Photocall where the croupiers, the performers and the themed hostesses will greet them and they can have their photos taken with them.

Themed Casino Decoration

Casino theme decoration is important to set the atmosphere of the venue and give the space a visual impact. Guests need to feel that they are really playing in a casino. We give you plenty of ideas, but you do not have to worry, because we can also take care of the casino theme decoration completely.

There are many ideas for creating good casino party decoration, for example:

• Make an illuminated Welcome to Las Vegas sign at the main entrance.
• Set up a black and white balloon arch for guests to walk in under.
• Cover the tables with black and white or Gatsby-style tablecloths .
• Buy casino party napkins and plates .
• Create casino-themed centrepieces
  For example, large dice made of hard white foam or polystyrene with round black stickers on the sides and long white feathers on each side. It is a good place to put the fake banknotes for each guest in the casino centrepiece.
• You can also put giant customised cards with the company logo.
• Place casino-style columns made of cardboard, designed and decorated with red and black card symbols.

The casino-themed party is an elegant night where dinner is expected, either standing while playing at the casino game tables or seated with starter, main course and dessert. In both cases the dishes should be well designed and have very good presentation.

At every casino table of chance there is a themed croupier with a waistcoat and casino uniform.

Casino tables for themed parties are the main element that entertains guests and at the same time decorates the venue to a great extent.

The moment to open the casino tables for events is usually after dinner, once guests have enjoyed the meal and the host has given a short speech. If you want casino hire for weddings, play usually also starts after dinner, but importantly also after the newlyweds' first dance.

Prizes for a Casino-Themed Party

Once the casino theme party has finished, it is time for the prizes of the night. Normally the host gives a short thank-you speech and then the prizes are handed out.

To find out the winner of the night our themed hostesses will count the number of banknotes each person has won to obtain a top 5 of winners. Secondary prizes can also be given to more guests, as some guests may not have played at the casino tables for hire. One way to hand out these secondary prizes is with a giant cup that works as a lottery. To do this, it is important to give all guests tickets for the final draw at the entrance.

Casino table hire for events has different technical specifications for each casino table. To check each table, it is best to look below, where you can see table by table and open the technical sheet of each casino table for hire.

Broadly speaking, the largest betting table is the French roulette table, which measures 240 x 125 x 100 cm (Length x Width x Height).

The tables of chance do not need electricity except the wheel of fortune or some decoration that has LED lights, but this is optional; if not wanted, it can be set up without lights.

The material of the tables is oak wood, with black upholstery.

The colour of most tables is Burgundy, except the giant wheel of fortune, which is gold.

All the event venues where we run casino-themed events have enough chairs in case you wish to hire Poker tables or Blackjack tables, so chairs are not usually a problem, although you should ask whether the event venue has the chairs. You can also play at the Blackjack tables standing up, which makes for a faster game.

It is important to check the measurements of each table shown separately, to see whether the table can be transported to the place where it is needed. Some tables, such as the dice table or the French roulette, cannot be handled in narrow places or where there are many stairs, given their weight and dimensions.

One of the questions our clients ask is: do I have to learn how to play the different tables at the casino? The answer is a resounding no; you will see that how the casino works is very simple.

Each table of chance for hire has simplified, easy rules compared with a real casino. Some are harder and some easier, but we adapt the rules so that guests can play easily. The purpose of the night at a casino-themed event is not to win money but to have a good time, so the more complicated tables are simplified as much as possible and the croupiers at each betting table explain how it works to each guest.

The adapted rules are very simple to explain, so our croupiers only take 10 seconds each time they explain them to a guest.

A problem can arise when, at the start, all the guests want to play at once and ask the croupier how a themed casino table works. In that case, so as not to overload the croupier, the hostesses go helping the croupiers by explaining the rules to the guests.

Note that for the Poker, French Roulette and Blackjack tables the rules are not changed, as the people who play on them usually already know how they work. In any case, they can also ask the croupier or the hostesses.

For the Giant Wheel of Fortune table and for the casino dice table, we have invented super simple rules so that guests can play even without asking, as they are very intuitive.

At our mobile casino for parties we call them Croupiers, but they are also often called or written croupier, dealer or casino card dealer.

The role of a Croupier is mainly to run a casino table and carry out actions such as dealing cards, handing dice to guests, paying winners or calculating the percentages of play that each player obtains in order to pay them out.

Each of our croupiers knows the rules of casino games and also the rules we have invented for the mobile casino.

Our Croupiers' main rule is to be friendly and kind to guests, so they will entertain guests in the best possible way. If any players try to steal from the bank without the croupier noticing, the croupier will play along but will try to make sure it does not happen again. The most important thing is that guests have a good time and enjoy the night.

Our croupiers are also not professional croupiers who work in casinos; they are simply actors or entertainers themed as croupiers who know the rules of the games.

Rounds at the tables of chance are quite quick, except at the poker table, where the people who sit down do so because they want to spend a while playing.

Not counting the poker tables, you can expect an average of 1-7 minutes per casino game; more precise estimates are detailed below.

The time we need to set up the casino for events depends mainly on the number of hired casino tables and the amount of casino party decoration you want.

It is best to discuss this once you know the total number of items you need for the casino party and have the casino hire price and budget, but to give you an idea we need around 15 minutes per casino table once we are at the set-up location, to which we must add the time we need to carry the items from the truck to the event venue (this is normally what takes us the longest).

The time we need to get the casino party decoration ready is variable: we may need a whole day or just half an hour to have everything ready, depending on the volume of casino decoration required.

In short, it is best to ask us about this once you know what you need.

• Encourage guests to play at the casino tables.
• Have photos taken with the guests at the casino photocall or around the event in general.
• Count the banknotes each guest has for the prize-giving.
• Hand out the prizes at the end of the casino-themed night.
• Stand beside the host when the host takes the floor to open the casino party.

In principle, the staff at our mobile casino speak at least Spanish, and some of them speak other languages, but we would need advance notice of which other language the staff will need to communicate with the guests.

So we can say that there is no problem having staff who speak another language, but we need to be told in advance so we can select the staff who will work at the mobile casino.

In light of this new situation we maintain rules aligned with our clients, such as the use of face masks, hand sanitiser at each casino table, limited capacity at the event and a safe distance while playing.

We will maintain this new reality until the relevant authorities change the rules.
