This type of entertainment is all-terrain, so it suits all kinds of events such as,

The number of burgers per event is determined mainly by the number of hours hired.

On average we can make the following numbers of burgers over time,

1h burger service:  We can make 20-30 burgers at the event approx.

2h burger service: We can make 40-60 burgers at the event approx.

3h burger service: We can make 60-90 burgers at the event approx.

4h burger service: We can make 80-120 burgers at the event approx.

If you do not have that much time and need to make more burgers because there are many guests, we advise hiring more than 1 machine; the number of burgers is calculated per machine.

The machine can be hired without staff or with our own United Events team, so that we have waiters to cook the burgers.

If you opt for burger cart hire without a waiter you will have to leave a refundable deposit at the time of collecting or when we deliver the machine. If, on the other hand, you opt for the cart hire with a waiter, no deposit has to be left; you only pay the price of the burgers with or without transport.

You can decide whether you want to hire it with or without transport; the transport price for the burger hire will depend on the time, the distance from Barcelona and the number of trips to be made.

To see an exact price you need to request a quote for the burger cart hire with transport, stating the following:

• Day or days of the event
• Location of the event
• Time of installation
• Time of service start
• Time of service end
• Time of dismantling

It will also depend, for example, on whether more services have been included in the event or on the number of units, but normally it would be the following.

• Burger machine
• Burger cart as a stand for the machine.
• Waiter to cook the burgers
• Free transport in Barcelona

The cart can be customised; we have the lower front or the upper front of the cart for this, but we can adapt to whatever type of customisation you want.

Set-up is very quick. The burger stand hire for parties is divided into the burger machine on top and the base cart, but it depends a lot on whether our van is relatively close to the set-up area.

Once the cart is connected to the mains, we place the burgers inside to cook; they are steamed, so about half an hour is needed for them to be ready to serve.

In short, if the place where we install the burger machine is relatively close to the van, you can estimate between 45 minutes and one hour.

We mainly need the following; if any of these points are not available, we would need to talk to see how to solve that specific point.

• Nearby power connection (2 metres)
• An area to place the products we are going to use
• An area to dispose of disposable plastic wrappers
• An easy route from the unloading area for the burger cart.

Time needed to book it

The time needed to book it may vary depending on whether customisation is needed. If customisation is needed, we would need a minimum of 2 working weeks to make the changes to the machine.

If no customisation is needed, it can even be requested 2 days before the event. However, we do not advise leaving it so late, because we will most likely have another event or another burger cart already on hire at that time, so we recommend booking as far in advance as possible, usually 1-2 months in advance to be sure of securing the service.

First of all, you need to send a request by e-mail, phone or WhatsApp. We then check availability and offer the price for burger cart hire for events or weddings. Once the quote is accepted, the client pays 50% to book and the remaining 50% the day before the service; if that is a public holiday, payment must be made on the last working day before the event so that the transfer can arrive successfully. In the booking request we would need the following details

• Burger stand installation time/day
• Start time/day of the wedding, birthday or corporate event
• Name of the contact for when we arrive at the event
• Phone number of the contact on our arrival
• Exact place where the event will take place
• Tax details for invoicing

The event booking allows us to block the day for the client who booked and so not offer it to another client. A booking can only be cancelled and refunded if it is due to circumstances beyond the client's control, such as coronavirus or similar. It is possible to change the event date so as not to lose the booking.

We normally hold events in Barcelona and Madrid, but we can adapt to anywhere in Spain. If different services or event games are requested, the transport price may not affect much, so in general we do provide the service outside Barcelona, but we need to go into the details of the event.

The price of the mobile burger cart hire includes transport in Barcelona. We come with a van 230cm high, so we ask for a loading and unloading space that meets these requirements.

If the machine is delivered without a waiter, a refundable deposit is required, which will be returned at the same moment you hand the machine back to us.

To deliver the burger machine without a waiter we ask for a refundable deposit, which will be returned at collection if the following points are met,

• Machine working and with no visible damage
• Cart cleaned as it was delivered at the start

If any point is not met, an amount in proportion to the damage will be deducted from the deposit.
