The number of pizzas per event is mainly determined by the number of hours hired.

On average we can make these numbers of pizzas per time,

1h pizza service:  We can make 20  Pizzas at the Event approx.

2h pizza service: We can make 40 Pizzas at the Event approx.

3h pizza service: We can make 60 Pizzas at the Event approx.

4h pizza service: We can make 80 Pizzas at the Event approx.

If you don't have that much time and need to make more pizzas because there are many guests, we recommend hiring more than 1 machine; the number of pizzas is calculated per machine.

The machine can be hired without staff or with our own United Events team on site, so that we have waiters to cook the pizzas.

If you choose pizza cart hire without a waiter you will need to leave a refundable deposit when you collect the machine or when we deliver it. If, on the other hand, you choose cart hire with a waiter, no deposit is required and you only pay the price of the pizzas, with or without transport.

Each machine has two separate trays, so we can make two types of pizza at the same time

It is up to you whether you want to hire it with or without transport. The transport price for pizza hire depends on the time, the distance from Barcelona and the number of trips required.

To see an exact price, you need to request a quote for hot dog cart hire with transport, stating the following:

• Day or days of the event
• Location of the event
• Set-up time
• Service start time
• Service end time
• Dismantling time

It also depends, for example, on whether more services have been included in the event or on the number of units, but normally the price would include the following.

• Pizza machine
• Cart to support the machine.
• Waiter to cook the pizzas
• Free transport in Barcelona

The hot dog cart can be customised. For this we have the lower front or the upper front of the cart, but we can adapt to whatever type of customisation you want.

Set-up is very quick. The party pizza stand hire is split into the top machine and the base cart, but it depends a lot on whether our van can park relatively close to the set-up area.

Once the cart is plugged into the mains, we place the pizza inside to cook. The pizzas are steam-cooked, so it takes about half an hour for it to be ready to serve.

In short, if the place where we set up the machine is relatively close to the van, you can estimate between 45 minutes and one hour.

Mainly we need the following. If any of these points cannot be met, we should talk to see how to solve that specific point.

• A power socket nearby (2 metres)
• An area to place the products we will use
• An area to dispose of disposable plastic wrappers
• An easy route from the unloading area to the pizza cart.

Here are the types of pizza available on our cart:

• Margherita Pizza: Tomato sauce, mozzarella and basil.
• Four Cheese Pizza: A mix of different cheeses.
• Pepperoni Pizza: Tomato sauce, mozzarella and pepperoni.
• Vegetable Pizza: Tomato sauce, mozzarella and vegetables.
• Barbecue Pizza: Barbecue sauce, meat and mozzarella.
• Hawaiian Pizza: Tomato sauce, ham and pineapple.
• Tuna Pizza: Tomato sauce, mozzarella and tuna.
• Chicken Pizza: Tomato sauce, chicken and mozzarella.
• Ham and Cheese Pizza: Tomato sauce, ham and mozzarella.

It can be customised on the upper front and lower front parts, but a specific modification can be requested for a quote, such as a colour change of the machine or something similar.

The price will depend on the modification you want to make. We also have side banners that can be placed on its sides.

Lead time needed to book

The lead time for booking may vary depending on whether customisation is needed. If it is, we need at least 2 working weeks to make the changes to the machine.

If no customisation is needed, you can even book 2 days before the event. However, this is not advisable, as we will most likely have another event or another pizza cart will already be on hire at that time, so we recommend booking as far in advance as possible, usually 1-2 months ahead to make sure you secure the pizza cart service.

First, you need to send a request by email, phone or WhatsApp. We then check availability and offer the hire price for a hot dog cart for events or weddings. Once the quote is accepted, the client pays 50% to reserve and the remaining 50% the day before the service. If that day is a public holiday, payment must be made on the last non-holiday day before the event so that the transfer can arrive successfully. In the booking request we need the following details

• Time/Day of pizza stand set-up
• Time/Day the wedding, birthday or corporate event starts
• Contact name for when we arrive at the event
• Contact phone number on our arrival
• Exact location of the event
• Tax details for invoicing

The event booking allows us to block the day for the client who booked and so not offer it to another client. A booking can only be cancelled and refunded if it is due to circumstances beyond the client's control, such as coronavirus or similar. It is possible to change the event date so as not to lose the booking.

We normally hold events in Barcelona and Madrid, but we can adapt to anywhere in Spain. If different services or event games are requested, the transport price may not affect much, so in general we do provide the service outside Barcelona, but we need to go into the details of the event.

The price of mobile pizza cart hire includes transport in Barcelona. We arrive in a van 230 cm high, so we ask for a loading and unloading space that meets these requirements.

If we deliver the machine without a waiter, a refundable deposit is required, which will be returned at the moment you return the machine to us.

To deliver the machine without a waiter we ask for a refundable deposit, which will be returned on collection if the following points are met,

• Machine working and with no visible damage
• Pizza cart cleaned just as it was delivered at the start

If any point is not met, an amount in proportion to the damage will be deducted from the deposit.
