Description:

This time we are going to teleport you to those nights full of glamour and elegance, with a luxurious setting and decorations that evoke the opulence of the 1920s, such as feathers, neon lights and vintage furniture, fashion, dance and music. Guests will dress in period costume. They will drink classic cocktails such as the Martini, giving themselves the chance to immerse themselves in the culture and lifestyle of high society in the "Roaring Twenties".

At this event, the gaming tables are a must, such as Blackjack, French Roulette, Poker Table, among other games.

Invitations:

Invitations are always an important part of keeping our attendees informed about the details of the venue, time, dress code, among other information. So we like to take it to another level, making them themed and working at the event as a chip exchange to play the different casino tables that will be there.

Therefore, these invitations will be fake money, customized with the logo the client chooses, so that guests can play the different games of chance.

Welcoming the guests:

The guests will be delighted from the start, since hostesses will welcome them on this night full of glamour and elegance, with props for the attendees such as feather boas for the ladies and hats for the gentlemen. They will also be served a glass of champagne, handed to them by a girl through a classic dress with glasses hanging around it. Jazz music will play in the background to set the mood.

Catering: 

To relive the era of sophistication and jazz, food is a must. So you are given the option of including in the event anything from a menu with exquisite canapés and appetizers of the period, to gourmet main courses and desserts, in which every bite will have a touch of authenticity and nostalgia.

Drinks bar:

At this cocktail bar, guests can enjoy a selection of classic drinks that were popular during the Gatsby era, which will be meticulously prepared and presented with a vintage touch.

Dress code:

The dress code for a Gatsby party is a crucial part of recreating the atmosphere of the 1920s. So women can choose to wear fringed dresses, sequins or feather trimmings, straight-line silhouettes, vibrant colors such as red, gold or black with metallic details, statement jewelry such as long pearl necklaces and bracelets, and updos with ribbons or vintage-style headbands. Men can choose classic-cut suits in dark colors such as black, grey or navy blue, waistcoats or suspenders, and leather shoes in brown or black tones. Vintage-style details such as cufflinks, hats or canes.

Entrance:

An arch in dark, metallic tones will be decorating the entrance to the party, surrounded by plenty of feathers, gold and black balloons, neon lights, a red or black carpet, a champagne-coloured curtain and metal barriers or gold posts with ropes to mark out the entrance.

Tables or Lounge Area:

Giving guests a space to relax and socialise is something they will appreciate, so we offer you some furniture options inspired by the Art Deco style, such as sofas and chairs in dark colours with gold or silver details, alongside vintage-style side tables where they can rest their snacks and drinks, all decorated with luxurious details such as crystals, feathers, candelabras and trays.

Casino Tables:

What cannot be missing from the event is the main attraction of the night, the "Casino Tables", as these games of chance will make your guests feel they are genuinely at a 1920s underground party placing bets.

Remember the fake banknotes used as invitations? This is where they become valid, to be exchanged for chips so you can start to feel the adrenaline of a night full of betting. At the end of the event the chips will be counted and the winners will receive a prize.

To have souvenir photos of the event, a designated area where guests can pose is a great option. It will have a personalised backdrop in metallic colours, fun props and bright lights.

Champagne Dress

Another great option to give your event extra flair is to have a person inside a champagne dress serving drinks to your guests. The girls will walk around the venue in an elegant way while offering the attendees a glass of champagne.

Vintage singers trio:

Specialised in 1920s music, with a lead singer with a smooth, seductive voice to perform jazz classics, a supporting singer to harmonise with the vocalist adding depth and texture, and a backing singer who provides choruses and vocal support.

Jazz Band:

What better way to take us back to the Gatsby era than by enjoying the sound of the saxophone, piano, bass, drums and more, together and live, in the distinctive musical style of jazz, with its complex rhythms, virtuoso improvisations and great interaction between the band members and the audience.

Illusionist:

A show performed by a charismatic and elegant artist who will captivate the audience with his magical skills.

Not counting the various shows, live music and other entertainment, the staff that may be required for the Gatsby event is:

• Hostesses with a 1920s theme (they are not compulsory, but they really liven up parties)

Hostesses at a Gatsby-themed event are not compulsory, but they are extremely useful for setting the scene, turning the venue into a great party and transporting you to the 1920s. Their responsibilities are as follows:

• Welcoming guests, accompanying them to their assigned place
• Encouraging guests to join in the different activities
• Interacting with attendees to give the event more atmosphere
• Taking photos with the guests
• Handing out the prizes of the night

That is why it is usually chosen for any event, from corporate / business events to private parties, since the 1920s were famous for their rebelliousness, ideal for parties, and oozed glamour, where guests can take inspiration from the film "The Great Gatsby", and enjoy dressing up, drinking cocktails and dancing to jazz.

For the best atmosphere, we recommend holding it in a bar. However, a good atmosphere can always be achieved in any other venue.
