Invitations:

Old-fashioned carnival tickets are perfect designs for a circus-themed event, as they will be the admission ticket to a world of excitement and wonder; from the moment you receive one, it will transport you to the vibrant atmosphere of the big top, where jugglers, clowns and magicians await you for an unforgettable day.

Welcoming the guests:

On arrival, guests will feel the atmosphere right from the start, as there will be circus-themed stilt walkers and hostesses dressed as ticket sellers welcoming them with a big smile. With an entrance completely decorated with large “Circus” letters.

Catering:

We know an important part of the event is having something to nibble on, which is why we offer a popcorn machine, hot dog cart, themed sandwiches, mini hamburgers, cupcakes, among other typical fairground foods.

Drinks bar:

In addition, we have coloured lemonade to keep attendees hydrated in a variety of bright colours, and a slush machine for a better experience.

An alcoholic drinks bar can also be set up if the client so decides.

Dress code:

The dress code for a circus theme can be a lot of fun and very creative! So here are some suggestions for your guests to dress in keeping with the theme.

With vintage-style outfits as if they were circus spectators, or for the more daring, they can dress in brighter colours with details and accessories such as top hats, bow ties, long gloves, brightly coloured scarves or extravagant wigs.

Entrance:

Imagine an entrance that instantly transports you to the excitement and charm of the circus. As you approach the event venue, the first hints of the show to come are visible from afar. A giant red tent will be greeting you, and the illuminated letters spelling the word “Circus” will surprise you.

As you get closer, the sound of festive, cheerful circus music fills the air, flooding your senses with a feeling of anticipation and excitement. The beat of the drums and the chords of the trumpets make you feel as if you were about to witness something truly extraordinary.

On either side of the entrance, two large statues seem to greet the guests.

This entrance does not just welcome you to an event, it completely immerses you in the magic and charm of the circus, preparing you for an unforgettable experience full of laughter, surprises and magical moments. The show is about to begin!

Tables:

Tables with this theme have white and red tablecloths, with different centrepiece options; one of our favourites is a carousel surrounded by sweets.

Photocall:

At our photocall, the magic comes to life and fun is guaranteed. Get your best smile ready and step into a setting full of colour. Every corner of our photocall will transport you to a universe of emotions and spectacle. Capture unforgettable moments at our incredible circus photocall!

The background will have red and white fabric simulating a tent, and on the floor there will be straw bales and decorations of animals, balls and buckets.

Props: to one side of the photocall there will be a cart with themed accessories for taking photos. Such as clown noses, top hats, juggling balls and trumpets.

General Decoration:

Once inside, you find yourself surrounded by an explosion of colours and sounds: bunting fluttering in the wind, flashing lights that illuminate the way and the contagious laughter of the clowns mingling with the lively circus music. It is a world of wonder and fun, where excitement and thrills await you around every corner.

We will make you live an unforgettable experience with bunting and garlands in bright colours around the venue to add a festive, cheerful touch, creative lighting with coloured lights, vintage posters of clowns, jugglers, trapeze artists and animals on the venue walls to give it a nostalgic touch. There will also be entertainment stations, such as funfair games to make it more interactive and fun for attendees.

We invite you to explore the wonderful art of creating balloon figures, with everything you need to unleash your creativity and surprise others with your skills. With the help of our experts, you will learn the secrets and techniques to bring your own creations to life, while immersed in a fun and welcoming atmosphere.

Duration: there are no set times during the event; each person can join in whenever they wish.

Materials: balloons of different colours.

For this event we have a variety of shows that perfectly complement the theme and so entertain the guests, for example:

• Clown: These are an integral part of the circus and provide comic, interactive entertainment for all ages.
• Magician: The magician adds elements of mystery and wonder to the event, performing illusion and magic tricks.
• Stilt walkers: performers raised 3 metres high carrying out different activities such as acrobatics, fire handling and interaction with the audience.
• Jugglers: They can perform impressive skills, creating a dynamic and fun show.
