Far West Themed Event

Description:

Our "Far West" themed event focuses on recreating the atmosphere and lifestyle of the American Old West. We will include activities such as rodeo shows, live country music, girls dancing the Can Can, demonstrations of cowboy skills such as tug of war and target shooting, as well as typical western food such as hot dogs and American hamburgers. Attendees can dress in period costume and take part in interactive games and activities to immerse themselves fully in the Wild West experience. It is an opportunity to enjoy the history and culture of the American West in a fun and exciting way together with all the guests.

Invitations:

Of course there is a way to make guests look forward to the day of the event! Attendees will feel teleported to the Old West when they receive their dollars as an invitation, looking forward to exchanging them for chips to play at the event while sipping a glass of whiskey like true outsiders.

The invitation is fake money, fully personalised for the event, and it will let guests play all the games of chance such as Far West roulettes, poker tables, Blackjack tables, among others.

Each one will carry all the event details so that guests can attend.

Welcome for guests:

A good event cannot begin without a great welcome in pure Wild West style, with cowboys and can can girls at the entrance ready to make you live a unique experience in another era.

Catering: 

Our catering offers a wide and varied selection of traditional American West cooking, consisting of stalls with hot dog carts, hamburgers, popcorn machines, desserts, and other foods that will give you an authentic and memorable Far West culinary experience.

Drinks bar:

Drinks are of the utmost importance for an outsider or a lady looking for fun, so whiskey and cocktails are a must among our options, beer of course, and for those who prefer no alcohol we have options such as homemade lemonade, iced tea, water and soft drinks.

Dress code:

The attendees' dress code can be inspired by the fashion and lifestyle of the Wild West, such as:

• Jeans and checked shirts: jeans or denim trousers with checked shirts in earthy colours such as brown, beige or olive green.
• Cowboy hats: complete your outfit with a western-style hat.
• Leather vests and jackets: these add an authentic touch to the Old West style.
• Cowboy Boots: these are an essential choice to complete the look.
• Western accessories: add accessories such as belts with large buckles, neckerchiefs, or even toy pistols.
• Prairie-style dresses: for female guests, prairie-style dresses with floral or checked prints can be recommended, combined with cowboy boots or sandals.

Entrance:

We have always said that the access to the event is crucial for setting the atmosphere from the start. So we will decorate it in such a way that attendees feel in a cosy and genuine atmosphere in pure Far West style.

The entrance will imitate a saloon door with a giant sign with the word "Saloon", crates, wooden barrels, straw around, fake cacti and country music in the background, so that you can enjoy the event right from the start.

Lounge Area:

We know that during the event you need to relax and socialise in an Old West style, so our lounge area is designed to transport you to an era of cowboys and adventure, with straw bale seats and wooden barrels acting as tables so that attendees can rest their food and drinks.

Saloon Bar:

Fun begins when the drinks are well served. That is why we design a drinks station in the style of a saloon to create a more complete and unique experience for attendees.

It will offer everything from cocktails and beer to fresh fruit drinks.

Popcorn Cart:

Having a popcorn cart at the event adds an element of fun, convenience and flavour, and contributes to a memorable and enjoyable experience for guests.

Photocall:

A place to take souvenir photos is a must. The decoration of this area includes beer barrels, straw bales, large cart wheels 1.80m in diameter, big sacks of fake money, wooden crates, among others.

There will also be a box of Far West props so that attendees can put on accessories from the theme.

• Mechanical Bull: A mechanical bull of approximately 3m x 3m fits the event very well, with a technician who controls the intensity and frequency of the mechanical bull at all times. The difficulty of the mechanical bull depends on the profile of the guest who climbs on: a child, a 25-year-old and a 60-year-old man are not the same, and for each one the operator adjusts the frequency. To set up the mechanical bull we need a direct route from the van to the place where it is to be used, as the bull weighs approximately 600kg. We also need the place to be firm and stable.
• Games of Chance: At the event we have different poker tables, horse race roulettes, wheels of fortune and Blackjack. Everything is explained in more detail in the section "What Is the Main Attraction of the Event?"
• Fairground Stalls: These are decorated and personalised stands, each with a different game. They are designed so that the guests at an event can play at each of the stalls without paying any money, with the chance of winning a prize, usually soft toys or the client's own merchandising. The options we have are darts, horseshoe throwing, tug of war, archery, punching machine, among others.
• Take photos with a Far West theme: We will set up an Old West-style Photocall so that guests take away a souvenir of the event.

Our Can Can show is an explosion of vitality and elegance, with stunning choreography, dazzling costumes and vibrant music that will dazzle you with every step. From the flirtatious moves to the spectacular jumps and spins, each performance will leave you breathless and take you to an era of glamour and unrestrained fun.

Whether you are looking for a night of thrilling entertainment or simply want to immerse yourself in the unique atmosphere of the Old West, our Can Can show is an experience you won't want to miss. Join us for a night of dancing, laughter and fun as we celebrate the Can Can tradition with style and grace.

The performance can be one hour without interruption or in different sets. You can decide the number of artists for the show, from 4 to 10 artists.

Sheriff vs Bandit Acting:

A short sheriff versus bandits show can be created, and they can even interact with the audience. The acting involves from  2 to 8 actors, depending on the type of event and the budget. One set can be performed before dinner and the next in the middle of the poker tournament.

2 acting sets, 5 minutes each.

Illusionist:

This is magic performed among the people. It can be for the reception, at the tables before or after eating, or at some point during the event. It works in small groups so that everyone can take part and enjoy the best possible experience.

One magician in Far West costume, 2 magic sets of 30 minutes each.

Poker Workshop + Poker Tournament:

For our Wild West themed event, one element that works really well is adding a poker tournament, as it is a highly interactive activity.

The poker option includes croupiers dressed in Wild West costume for 3 hours, poker tables, chips and cards. This product can be run in two ways: either a poker tournament straight after dinner, or a poker workshop + tournament, where before dinner Texas Hold'em poker teachers spend 30 minutes teaching the guests how the game works and the tournament takes place after dinner. The winner of the tournament receives gifts from their company or the event host (WE NEVER PLAY WITH REAL MONEY, it is simply part of the theme). Bets are placed with chips that we give to the guests in exchange for the invitations they received, which simulate dollar bills.

Country Dance Workshop:

Two dance teachers will energise and encourage all the guests who want to take part in a country dance workshop. A single 30-minute workshop can be held so that it doesn't become tiring, but it can be extended for as long as required. After the workshop, there will be a demonstration of the dance that has been learned.

The staff that may be needed for the Wild West event, not counting the various shows, live music and other entertainment, are:

• Croupiers at each casino table
• Hostesses themed to the 1920s (they are not mandatory, but they really liven up the party)
• Among others (we will specify this more precisely once the quote has been prepared)

Hostesses at a Wild West themed event are very useful for setting the scene and turning the venue into a great party while they teleport you to the wildest years of the United States. Their tasks are as follows:

• Welcoming the attendees and escorting them to their places
• Encouraging guests to join in the different activities
• Interacting with the attendees to add more atmosphere to the event
• Taking photos with the guests
• Handing out the prizes of the night

Various can-can girls or performers dressed as a sheriff, bandit, Native American, etc. can be added.

This part is entirely optional, but we recommend including at least 2 can-can girls to liven up the party.
