Fairground tent hire

When you hire a fairground booth, what you end up with is a decorated and customised fairground stand, in each of which a different game can be played.

When you hire a mini fair stall, our team takes care of transport, setup and dismantling, and also of placing staff at each fairground stand. We recommend using our own staff, as our team is used to and knows every game.

The fairground stalls are designed so that the guests at an event can play at each stall without paying, with the chance to win a prize, usually plush toys or the client's own merchandising. So that every guest wins a prize, we can agree in advance the difficulty level of each fairground game, so that prizes can be distributed evenly throughout the whole duration of the themed event.

At the fairground stall we recommend buying plush toys of different sizes, both customised and non-customised. You can buy the plush toys through United Events or from another supplier.

It is important to have prizes because they not only give players an incentive to use the fairground stalls, but also serve as decoration for each fairground booth and create a more fitting atmosphere.

There are different ways to give out the prizes: each winner can receive one once they have completed the challenge at each fairground booth, or they can be given victory points to accumulate and exchange for prizes at the end of the night.

Fairground booth hire fits very well with fairground or circus-themed parties, such as adult corporate events or children's parties.

Fairground booth hire for events is designed to dress the event beautifully and to be set up at any event venue, as we build the fairground booths from scratch.

Depending on the audience, whether more adult or more children, we adapt the games so that they are not dangerous for children and so that the prizes suit the attendees who will play the different fairground games at the event.

It is normally designed for 1 to 2 players, depending on the type of game.

More than two people can hardly play, since the width of the fairground booth is 150cm.

Setting up each fairground tent takes us approximately 30 minutes once we have all the material at the event stand, but we also have to count the time it takes to transport it from our truck to the place where the fairground stall is to be installed at the event; normally, transporting everything in an ordinary setting takes about 30 minutes per stall, so each fairground stall would take 1 hour with two technicians. If we did not have that much setup time, it would be necessary to hire another two setup operators to reduce the setup time.

Each game is designed so that it takes no more than 5 minutes to finish, but it will always depend on the skill and patience of each guest when playing.

There are also games, such as the can toss or popping balloons on the target, where once a guest finishes playing the game needs to be reset so that the next player can play. This reset depends on the game, but we have already planned each game so that it takes as little time as possible, such as having new balloons with prizes ready to put in place.

Staff are absolutely necessary at each fairground tent. Our games-for-events company already takes care of this, so the hire price of the fairground booths includes staff for each booth for 3 hours. If more time is needed, the extra time must be quoted so that we can provide the staff.

You can also hire staff for the event outside our company, but we recommend our staff as they have worked with these games several times and know each of them. If you wish to hire outside staff, we would explain everything at the time of setting up the event.

The tent is very heavy so it will not be moved, therefore we recommend making sure of where you want to place the fairground tent, since to move it everything would have to be dismantled and set up again, and time needed for other aspects of the event would be lost.

To book the fairground tent, a payment of 50% of the event is required to block the day; at that point it will be reserved, and the remaining 50% is paid on the day of the event.

To make the payment we need to have all the information about the event and the tax details so we can invoice if an invoice is wanted. The main event details we need are the following

• Tax details in case an invoice is needed

The price of the tent already includes transport, delivery and installation in Barcelona and surrounding areas, but outside Barcelona a quote will be needed.

If you want to hire outside Barcelona, mileage, subsistence allowances, accommodation and technicians must be quoted, and these are already included in the hire price of the quote.
