Giant Inflatable Dartboard

Giant inflatable dartboards are a giant inflatable game for events or private parties, made of fire-retardant PVC, consisting of a huge dartboard on the front, 2.5 metres high.

The giant inflatable dartboard for events works just like a conventional dartboard: each player or each team has 3 darts, and the guest throws at the bullseye in the centre to score the maximum points. Outside the centre you also score different points, and the winning team is the one with the most points at the end of each game, adding up each throw.

The head of each giant dart has male velcro so that it sticks every time you throw at the giant dartboard. As in the real game, the dart will not always stick in the enormous XXL dartboard; you have to throw straight and precisely for it to stick and score points, which makes it more appealing by adding a small touch of difficulty.

The inflatable dartboard basically needs a standard 220v power point and enough room where it is to be installed: 200x100x250cm (width x length x height).

The game includes giant darts in different colours: yellow, blue, green and red.

There are three enormous darts of each colour for the giant inflatable, so at most there could be 3 players per team, each player having one dart to score points for their colour team. In total we would have a maximum of 12 players to play, which makes giant darts ideal for team building.

In the game you can use strategies and plays that, if combined between different players, can knock down the darts of other teams so that they move into the lead.

Another advantage is that it is a social game since groups of three people can be formed to play against each other and there is a winning group. Those in the winning group can then play against each other to find a final winner, so while they play there will be laughter and they can chat with each other.

The way to set up the giant inflatable dartboard for parties is first to place the inflatable in the area where it is to go (it is important to have a power point in the area for when we arrive) and then connect it to the mains to inflate it. It takes approximately 5 minutes to inflate fully. Once inflated, we place 4 anchor straps at each end to fix it so that the inflatable cannot move from its place. Straps are a good way of fixing it because they respect delicate floors and do not require ground such as grass for anchoring.

It is important to leave us an easy path from where we are parked with the truck to the place where the game is to be installed, as this is a point where a lot of time is lost at many events.

In short, the installation takes less than 10 minutes; adding the time to carry the game, we could say that within 20 minutes at most we would have the game installed and available.

Since it is a bar-style dart game, there are many game modes; you can choose or invent any mode, whichever lasts more or less time.

The easiest mode of all is that the winner is whoever gets closest to the bullseye in the centre of the giant inflatable dartboard.

Another mode is counting points each time you throw at the giant inflatable dartboard; the different points are marked on the female velcro area of the dartboard.

If you want to promote a product at a trade fair and give prizes, the mode is just one throw per guest, and whoever manages to stick it in the bullseye in the middle of the dartboard wins the prize (it is not easy at all).

So, depending on the purpose of use, you can opt for one type of game or another.

It also includes two standard scoreboards to keep track of the scores.

It is not necessary to have staff for the game, but you need to bear in mind, especially when the game is aimed at the public, that darts can go missing when thrown.

When the giant inflatable dartboard is hired without staff, the client is responsible for the game and must return it to us in the same condition and with all the items that make up the product.

If there are doubts about the integrity of the product, it is necessary to have someone explaining the game to the guests and watching over it.

Since it is a wooden table game, it does not need any kind of electricity; basically the only requirement is the space needed to play.

You need more than just space for the giant table football: you also need space for guests who want to watch the game and those who are playing, so at least one metre must be added around the perimeter occupied by the giant table football.

Another requirement to bear in mind is the transport and installation of the table football. The giant table football is divided into very heavy modules that are carried from the lorry to the place where you want the table football using trolleys. If there are stairs along the way, or the distance between the lorry and the event venue is not short, the event coordinator must be informed before booking so that we can assess the feasibility of the project.

If the giant table football has to be placed in an outdoor area the client must protect it from any weather problems such as rain or snow, covering it if it rains. If the client wishes, we can add disposable plastic covers to the quote to protect the table football.

If the table football has to remain exposed to the public and is not in an enclosed venue, the client must provide security

• Space required (Table Football Size + Space for Guests)
• Loading and unloading area without long stairs up to the event location.
• If outdoors, the client must be able to protect it from possible rain.
• If it is exposed to the general public and/or overnight, it needs security.

Once the giant velcro dartboard is inflated, it is very easy to move; you just have to unplug the electrical power and remove the straps to shift the game.

When it is placed in the new location, you just have to put the straps back on and plug it into the new power socket.

An important thing to bear in mind is that if you want to install the game yourselves, you must watch out for the small velcro flap behind the dartboard that lets air out. It is important to leave this velcro half open, as it allows part of the air to escape so that it does not reach maximum inflation, in which case it could burst.

Lead time to book

Giant dartboards for events can be booked even one day before. The problem may be that another client has already booked this product or that we have other products and that day is taken by another event, so we recommend booking the date one month in advance to ensure our availability and the reservation of the product with you.

Making the booking

To book any game, the 50% payment for the event must be made, at which point the day and the contracted services would be reserved.

To make the payment  we create the invoice that includes the event details and the bank account number for the transfer, so we need the following details:

• Set-up time/day of the inflatable dartboards
• Event start time/day
• Contact for arrival at the event
• Exact event location
• Tax details for invoicing

Can an event be cancelled once booked?

By booking a product with us, we guarantee that we will not take another client on that day for the time you need, and we also block that product even if a later client wants to hire it for longer, so if the date is not changed to another nearby date, the 50% will be lost.

100% of the reservation will be refunded if it rains and, for reasons beyond our control, we cannot hold the event.

The price of giant dartboards can vary depending on different factors such as the event location. In Barcelona transport is included, but depending on the city, such as Madrid, travel, expenses and accommodation must be added to the final price. In these cases it is better to take several products so that we can offer a discount and the final price is not affected by transport.
