Setting up the LED furniture, including tables and chairs, can generally take around 1 hour, especially if the space is not well prepared. This is because the process involves not only placing the tables and chairs, but also connecting the LED lighting and making sure all the lights work properly. The team must check that the electrical connections are properly made, adjust the light intensity if necessary and make sure there are no visible cables that could affect the look of the venue. If the furniture is already assembled and does not require complex configuration, one hour is enough to complete the installation efficiently.

To book the furniture for themed events, a payment of 50% of the event is needed to block the date; at that point it would be reserved, and the remaining 50% is paid on the day of the event.

To make the payment, we need to have all the information about the event and the tax details so we can invoice if an invoice is wanted. The main details we need about the event are the following

• Set-up time/day of the hire 
• Event start time/day
• Name of the contact on our arrival for set-up
• Phone number of the contact on our arrival for set-up
• Exact address of the event
• Tax details if an invoice is needed

100% of the booking will be refunded if the event is cancelled entirely due to force majeure. If it is not force majeure, the following points must be taken into account.

• The 50% amount will be kept for a future event, either for the LED tables and chairs  or any other United Events product.
• If it is decided to cancel the event on the same day and the operators have already loaded the product and started transporting it to the event venue, the booking cannot be refunded since the work has already begun.

If the product is cancelled for the event and we had already booked a hotel because it is an event in Madrid or 3 hours away from Barcelona, we will have to charge at least the accommodation or any item we have bought for that day that we cannot return or have to throw away.If you want to swap one product for another for the same day of the event, there is no problem as long as no graphics have been customised; in that case, the price of the new graphics for the new product will have to be added.

The prices offered include installation and transport as long as it is within 30 km of Barcelona; beyond that, a per-kilometre supplement is charged for both the outward and return journey.

If the journey is more than 3 hours, the operators must stay one night in a hotel in the event city, so we would have to charge 1 night of accommodation and meal allowances for the day of transport and the following day for the return.
