The set-up time needed for the double basketball hoop will depend mainly on how easy it is to carry it, dismantled, from our vehicle to the place where you want to install it. Once the hoop is in place, approximately 15 minutes are needed to complete the installation. So, adding up the carrying and set-up time, around 30 minutes in total may be needed, although this varies according to the accessibility between the vehicle and the installation area.

It is advisable to have staff to supervise and run the game on a strength table, as they play key roles in ensuring a safe and fun experience. How far in advance to book the giant game hire

To book, a 50% deposit is required in advance. We recommend booking early to secure your desired date. If you want to customise the double hoop, you will need a minimum of 2 weeks for the necessary changes, so plan ahead!

To make the payment we need all the information about the event and your tax details so we can invoice if you want an invoice. The main event details we need are the following:

• Time/Day of hoop set-up
• Time/Day of event start
• Name of the contact on our arrival for set-up
• Phone number of the contact on our arrival for set-up
• Exact address of the event
• Tax details if an invoice is needed

100% of the deposit will be refunded if the event is cancelled entirely due to force majeure. If it is not due to force majeure, the following points apply.

• The 50% amount will be kept for a future event, whether for the double basketball hoop  or any other United Events product.
• If you decide to cancel the event on the same day and the operators have already loaded the product and started transporting it to the event location, the deposit cannot be refunded, as the work has already begun.
• If the product is cancelled for the event and we had already booked a hotel because it is an event in Madrid or 3 hours away from Barcelona, we will have to charge at least the accommodation or any item we have bought for that day that we cannot return or have to throw away.
• If you want to swap one product for another on the same day of the event, there is no problem as long as no graphics have been customised; in that case, the price of the new graphics for the new product will have to be added.

The prices offered include installation of the hoop and its transport as long as it is within 30 km of Barcelona; beyond that, a per-kilometre supplement is charged for both the outward and return journey.

If the trip is more than 3 hours, the operators must stay one night in a hotel in the event city, so we would have to charge for 1 night of accommodation and daily allowances for the day of transport and the following day to return.
