Booking the Simulator is confirmed by an advance payment of 50% of the event. This payment is made via an invoice that will include all the details of the event and the bank account number, and requires the following information to be sent by email:

• Date and time of the set-up of the Vintage Photocall.
• Date and time the event starts.
• Name of the contact person at the event venue.
• Phone number of the contact person at the event venue.
• Exact address of the event.
• Tax details for the client's invoice.

The booking guarantees exclusivity of the MotoGP for the client who makes it, preventing it from being offered to another client on the same date. If an outdoor event is cancelled because of rain, or in the case of a general cancellation, 100% of the booking will be refunded.

The hire price of the Motorbike Simulator may vary depending on the location and any additional services requested. To obtain a personalised quote, we recommend sending an email or calling us with the details of the event.

For hires outside Barcelona, the mileage cost will be included in the hire quote. We take care of transport, set-up and dismantling to guarantee a convenient, worry-free service.

Yes, the Vintage Photocall can be installed anywhere in the country. Most events (approximately 80%) take place outside Barcelona, in cities such as Madrid, Valencia, Seville, Zaragoza or Vigo.
