The booking of the Shuffleboard is confirmed by an advance payment of 50% of the total event amount. This payment is made via an official invoice, which will include all the agreed details, the bank account number, and will require the following details to be sent beforehand by email:

Yes. Booking the Shuffleboard ensures exclusivity for the client on the booked date, so it cannot be hired to any other client that day.
In the event of cancellation due to force majeure, such as rain at outdoor events or justified unforeseen cancellations, 100% of the advance payment will be refunded provided that sufficient notice is given.
