However, we recommend booking as early as possible, as the product could be reserved by another client. If you want to include custom branding on the structure, we will need the logos at least two weeks in advance in the right sizes for PVC printing.

How to make the booking
The booking of the 2-Minute Bar Challenge is confirmed by an advance payment of 50% of the event. This payment is made by invoice, which will include all the details of the event and the account number, and will require the following information to be sent by email:

• Set-up time and day of the 2-Minute Bar Challenge.
• Event start time and day.
• Name of the contact at the event venue.
• Phone number of the contact at the event venue.
• Exact address of the event.
• Tax details for the client's invoice.

The booking guarantees the exclusivity of the product for the client who makes it, preventing it from being offered to another client on the same date. If an outdoor event is cancelled due to rain, or if the event is cancelled altogether, 100% of the booking will be refunded.

The price of hiring the Bar Challenge may vary depending on factors such as location; hiring it in Madrid is not the same as in Barcelona. To get a quote, you must send an email or call us with the details of the event

Yes, most of the games (approximately 80%) are installed outside Barcelona, in places such as Zaragoza, Vigo, Seville, Valencia or Madrid, for example.

 For hires outside Barcelona, mileage must be taken into account; it is already included in the hire price in the quote.
