• Press and hold the central setup button for 5 seconds (do not let go).
• When you hear a beep, pick up the phone and hold it to your ear.
• After you hear another beep, record your welcome message, which your guests will hear every time they want to leave you a message.
• When you have finished, put the phone back in its place.
• You will then be able to listen to your welcome message on the phone.

2. How do you record the guests' messages?

1. Pick up the phone to hear the host's welcome message.
2. After the welcome message, you only have a few seconds to think about what you want to say. Then, when you hear the beep, start recording your own message.
3. When you have finished, simply put the phone back in its place, and that's it!

No, the box does not require any special technical installations. It is delivered fully assembled and ready to use. It only needs a suitable space to be placed and a nearby power socket for the telephone to work.

If the telephone box must be placed in an outdoor area, the client must protect it from possible bad weather, such as rain or snow, by covering it if necessary. If the client wishes, we can include disposable plastic covers in the quote to ensure its protection.

A 100% refund of the payment will be given if the event is cancelled due to rain and the box was going to be placed outdoors, or if the event is cancelled entirely.
