But as for its actual accuracy, what is it like? The fact is that the punching ball does not move backwards in a straight line. So, in effect, it swings upwards after being hit. The punch keeps moving forward and the full force of the blow is lost in the ball itself.

The set-up and installation process for a boxing arcade hire for an event generally follows these steps:

Prior planning before hiring the punch machine:

• Assess the available space to make sure it is sufficient and well located for the installation; the exact sizes of the punch arcade can be seen above
• Coordinate with the venue staff to learn the specific requirements and restrictions; basically we need a direct route from our van to where it will be installed, without stairs.

Arcade transport:

• We move it from our van to the installation spot using the wheels of the punch machine itself; the underside of the machine has wheels for easy transport.

Unloading and positioning:

• Safely unload the punching machine and take it to the designated area; we need a suitable place to unload it.
• Position the machine in an accessible, visible spot for participants; as the punching game is eye-catching, it is preferable for it to be seen as soon as guests arrive.

Electrical connections:

• Connect the machine to a nearby power source. Check that the connection is safe and stable; we need a conventional 220V electrical outlet.

Initial tests:

• Carry out initial tests with United Events staff to make sure the machine is working properly and that there is no fault caused by transport.
• The United Events team will check the calibration of the sensors and make sure the visual and sound effects are active.

Game configuration:

• Our operators will configure the boxing arcade according to the event's preferences. This may include adjusting the difficulty or turning the sound of the boxing machine down or off.

Instructions and signage:

• Place clear instructions and signage around the machine to guide participants and provide relevant information. The machine simply works with a button to start the game; there is no need to insert coins, guests do not have to pay anything to play, and games are activated by Freeplay.

Supervision staff:

• Appoint supervision staff who can provide technical assistance and keep order in the punching machine area. On arrival we will explain how the machine works, and you can also hire our staff to provide assistance.

Continuous monitoring:

• Continuously monitor the operation of the machine during the event to address any technical problem immediately. If we have staff from our team assigned, they will make sure the boxing arcade is working at all times.

Dismantling and removal:

• At the end of the event, we dismantle the punching machine safely and once the guests have left.
• We make sure to leave the area in the same condition as it was before the installation. The boxing arcade is very heavy, so we take care to respect the event venue.

1. The booking of the Boxing machine is confirmed by an advance payment of 50% of the event. This payment is made via an invoice that will include all the event details and the account number, and will require the following details to be sent by email:

• Date and time of set-up.
• Date and time of the start of the event.
• Name of the contact person at the event venue.
• Phone number of the contact person at the event venue.
• Exact address of the event.
• Tax details for the client's invoice.

2. If the event is cancelled for a justified reason (for example, bad weather outdoors), 100% of the booking amountis refunded.
